TBC Towmax STR II Tires

The TBC Towmax STR II is a highway terrain, all season tire made for trailers. This tire should not be mounted on light trucks. It is for SPECIAL TRAILER use only.

The model promotes exceptional all weather traction. The symmetric tread design and the all season compound upgrade the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The tread design’s surface contact improves the grip on the road surface with additional biting edges, while the compound keeps the rubber flexibility in versatile temperatures. The tread’s circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from below the footprint. In this manner, the tire greatly boosts the wet weather performing safety.

The tread design’s solid center rib maintains the surface contact throughout the performance. The center rib optimizes the steering responsiveness and the driving stability, which ensures the towing vehicle’s control over the trailer. As a result, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the model. The reinforced internal structure features steel belts to upgrade the load durability. The steel belt elements keep the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure.
